In my role as the Account Manager for Highspot VIP Events, I took the lead in organizing pilot programs targeted specifically at executive audiences in the EMEA region, with a focus on London-based events and webinars. This position allowed me to oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of these exclusive gatherings from start to finish.
I coordinated internal leadership meetings and regular status updates to ensure that our strategies aligned with company objectives. Timeline management was essential, and I facilitated preparatory meetings to keep all team members informed and engaged.
Collaborating with the implementation team was crucial for developing session details and creating compelling sales collateral that effectively communicated our value proposition. Additionally, I managed all logistics related to invitations and registrations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for attendees.

One of the key objectives to support this wider company goal included piloting first-party VIP events targeting C-Suite clients and prospects.
My Responsibilities
Budget Management
At events targeting C-suite and senior executives from leading tech and business enterprises, I was responsible for comprehensive budget management to ensure a high-impact yet cost-effective execution. This involved meticulous oversight of all financial allocations, from sourcing premium branded swag and high-end catering to negotiating contractual terms with venues. My focus on maximizing ROI while delivering a top-tier experience ensured that we met the expectations of our distinguished guests in a competitive market.
Speaker Organization
I managed the engagement of both client advocates and Highspot representatives. This included comprehensive event briefings, proofreading scripts for clarity and alignment with our messaging, and personally welcoming speakers upon their arrival. I took charge of testing all event technology to mitigate any potential issues and ensured that presentation decks were polished and effectively communicated key insights. Additionally, I coordinated thoughtful thank-you gifts to express our appreciation for their contributions and reinforce the relationships we built during the events.
Internal Event Coordination
I managed all logistical elements to ensure seamless execution while aligning closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and product management—to meet our strategic goals across various international markets. I conducted in-depth post-event reporting, analyzing key performance metrics such as attendee engagement and lead generation, while also evaluating feedback to assess our initiatives' success. This data-driven approach allowed me to provide actionable insights and tailored recommendations, enhancing our global marketing efforts.
