As the Account Manager for Highspot’s EMEA Field Marketing Events, I had the fulfilling responsibility of orchestrating a variety of events designed to engage our target audience and elevate brand visibility. Serving as a consistent point of contact amidst shifts in senior management, I ensured that our field marketing strategies were executed smoothly and effectively, leveraging my in-depth knowledge of our objectives.

My role entailed meticulous organization and management of all aspects of our field marketing events. I collaborated closely with third-party contacts to coordinate speaker engagements, developing their talks and scripts to align with our messaging.

Additionally, I oversaw the logistics of giveaways, booth organization, and set-up to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. My focus on lead generation was paramount, as I implemented strategies that maximized our outreach and engagement at each event.

Navigating through a dynamic environment, I maintained strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that everyone remained aligned with our goals and timelines. The successful execution of these events not only reinforced Highspot’s presence in the market but also positioned us as thought leaders in the EMEA region.

Goals & Objectives

In FY23/24, Highspot EMEA has the goal of increasing visibility as an industry leader.

One of the key objectives to support this wider company goal was to increase ROI around field marketing events.

My Responsibilities

Project Management

I managed all aspects of attending third-party events, overseeing event coordination, facilitating internal stakeholder meetings, providing regular status updates, and managing budgets, alongside fulfilling the standard job requirements of a Field Marketing Manager.

Sales & Brand Representation

I actively represented the brand by engaging with prospects and demonstrating the same sales acumen as Sales Development Representatives, effectively conveying our value proposition and building strong relationships to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

I ensured effective CRM by focusing on quality follow-ups, sending intentional invites, and positioning myself as a confident, approachable contact for customers and prospects, fostering meaningful connections and lasting relationships.
