As the Account Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Residences project in Savannah, GA, I had the privilege of leading a prestigious initiative aimed at showcasing the unparalleled luxury of these exclusive homes. In my capacity, I served as the main contact for our client, ensuring every detail seamlessly aligned with The Ritz-Carlton's esteemed brand values.

A significant aspect of the project involved working closely with high-end third-party organizations, including our partners for 3D renderings, which played a crucial role in bringing the residences to life visually. Additionally, I collaborated with Barnard and Westwood, a renowned print company with royal appointments from both Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and His Majesty King Charles, to produce exquisite sales materials. Their exceptional craftsmanship added a layer of prestige and sophistication to our collateral, perfectly reflecting the luxury of the properties being showcased.

Throughout the project, I meticulously managed timelines for the development of a sophisticated brand book, a captivating promotional film, and stunning social media assets, ensuring that we not only met deadlines but also upheld the highest standards of quality. I facilitated open lines of communication with both the creative team and our luxury partners, fostering a collaborative environment that was pivotal for our success.

The supporting objective was to create beautiful collateral that reflected the poetry and storytelling of The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Savannah, Georgia.

My Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

In my role, I prioritized building and maintaining a strong rapport with the client, ensuring their vision was at the forefront of our efforts. I facilitated status update meetings with both the client and senior agency members to manage feedback and approvals for all deliverables. By maintaining open lines of communication, I ensured that any concerns could be addressed promptly, creating a collaborative atmosphere. Additionally, I provided strategic insights based on client needs, ensuring we consistently exceeded their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Third-Party Organization

A vital part of my responsibilities involved coordinating with luxury third-party organizations that contributed to the project's success. I worked closely with our partners for 3D renderings to create visually stunning representations of the residences. My collaboration with Barnard and Westwood helped us produce exceptional sales materials that showcased the brand's sophistication. This included overseeing quality checks to ensure seamless integration of their work into our overall strategy, enhancing the project’s credibility and operational excellence.

Deliverable Management

I oversaw the daily operations of our strategy and creative teams, ensuring everyone was aligned with project goals. Clear communication was essential; I facilitated dialogues between the client and internal teams to ensure clarity in asset production. I developed a comprehensive understanding of multiple brand standards, which allowed us to represent residences appropriately. By implementing structured project management processes, I ensured that all deliverables met quality expectations while upholding the luxurious identity of The Ritz-Carlton brand.
